Rafał Kocik

For over 20 years, I have gained experience in the international removals industry. Today, I use that expertise to develop people, companies and professional standards.

I have worked in the international removals industry since 2003, meeting people from different cultures, with different expectations and personal histories. Years of working in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Germany, and on international relocations, taught me that even the best-planned logistics begin with an attentive conversation.

I have had the opportunity to enter many remarkable homes, from family apartments to Queen Elizabeth II's palace. Each reminded me that the belongings entrusted to us carry memories, emotions and someone's trust. Responsibility for those belongings has shaped my approach to work.

Today, I am developing INBOKS by combining practical experience with education, consulting and relocation coordination. I share my expertise, help companies raise standards and support clients as they move to a new place to live or work. Because every service is ultimately about a person.

After returning to Poland, I decided to use my expertise to develop the industry, educate teams and implement standards that had proved effective in the most demanding markets.

That is how INBOKS began: a space where I combine practical experience, training, consulting and projects that raise service quality.

Beyond the industry, I am interested in the world and its people. I enjoy specialty coffee, motorcycle speedway, Formula 1, music, the atmosphere of the English countryside and the stories and images captured through a camera lens.

Quality begins when we recognise the person and give significance to the smallest details.
